Technical Advice

Kettles

  1. Dilute with up to 10 parts of hot water (not just boiled).
  2. Leave for 1 to 2 hours or until the scale is removed.
  3. Thoroughly rinse with cold water.

Taps, Showers

  1. Apply as required on to a sponge or cloth (not direct) wipe firmly.
  2. Rinse with cold water.

Do not leave neat on chrome. Do not use it on marble or enamelled surfaces.

Solubility: Fully miscible in water

Safety Specification

Skin Irrit. 2: H315 – Causes skin irritation.

P280 – Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.

Inhalation: Move the exposed person to fresh air. Seek medical attention.

Eye contact: Irritating to eyes. Rinse immediately with plenty of water for 15 minutes holding the eyelids open. Seek medical attention if irritation or symptoms persist.

Skin contact: Irritating to skin. Wash off immediately with plenty of soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing. Seek medical attention if irritation or symptoms persist.

Ingestion: Ingestion may cause nausea and vomiting. Seek medical attention if irritation or symptoms persist. DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING.
