A non-toxic grease trap, drain and gully cleaner based on high active, long-lasting micro-organisms derived from renewable natural resources which rapidly degrade all types of oils and fats found in food handling establishments, thereby clearing drains and eliminating odours.

Technical Advice

  • Enzyme Drain & Grease Liquid should be automatically dispensed into the head of the drain system or grease trap. The dosage rate is dependent on the grease trap size. Typical dosages in relation to grease trap sizes are seen in the dosage table on the ‘Technical Information Sheet’.
  • Enzyme Drain & Grease Liquid should be injected at night or after all other activities have ceased. A 20-litre drum of Enzyme Drain & Grease Liquid at 650mls per day injection will last for 1 month in use. Alternatively, Enzyme Drain & Grease Liquid can be hand dosed into the drainage system at a sink or grease trap by simply diluting the recommended volume of product with 1 litre of water and pouring directly into the drainage system.
